Locke Step, the Growler

Locke Step, generally called the Growler, was the paraclete of Uz during the Eternal Empire invasion of the Veritian Leaf (1108). He was the latest sacrifice to that title ever since the retiring of Vox in 1042. A couple dozen paracletes of Uz have come and gone since then, making the position not one many aspired to. The ussaires have started to warm up to the Growler, as he has surpassed the five year mark, the first in a couple generations. He is called the Growler for how he barks at people and is always angry.
