Littleroot

Littleroot is a small town in the Eastern Fey Wilds, nestled in between the three holes in the Veritian Leaf. Its origin is unknown, but has become a highway stop town for fey and elves travelling between the Fey Gates, the lands of the Duke of Oriaphia, and the territories of Dakath. While it is a truck stop for the fey, its primary inhabitants are stubborn humans. This frustrates the fey, as all their tricks and schemes never seem to work on them. They still try, but Littleroot remains lauded for their resilience. Other nations have tried to weasel their way into somewhat annexing Littleroot, such as the Shogunate and the Boar Eternals, but all efforts to take root in Littleroot dries up quick. Independent, self-sufficient, and distrustful of their neighbors, this small city state remains rooted in the Wilds.
A side plot to mention, one of the Dharkness Hunters legendary quest is to defeat a demon in this region. All hunters who attempted it failed.
