Koksha

Koksha is a marid (water genie) who runs a tourist flying whale cruise throughout the Outer Isles Region of the Droplets of Turm. In 1570, he met the Gis Revenus Gojira crime syndicate (though he did not know their criminal nature, seeing them simply as Spirited Ones). The GRG helped him with some flying whale stomach relief, as it swallowed a Fallen ooze. Later, the GRG Spring Mission would "use" his services to transport goods and personal throughout the Outer Isles.
