Halfling

Halflings can be found in every plane along the Path of Veritas, though in Tuth they are only in Dreamworlds.
On the Veritian Leaf, halflings are from what the fey call the Lesser Realms. They have three major settlements; Evermore in the south, Third (once Thirdric) in Tumult, and Armchester.
