Fuddling

The Fuddling occurs to creatures who are exposed to the fires of Resentment, the Lieutenant of Anger. It imposes an extreme nihilism on the witness, making them non-responsive and suicidal. It is a magically induced post traumatic stress disorder, as Resentment's flames seek to exploit the bitterness of suffering and corrupt the idea of righteous anger. While Resentment's flames burn the world, the fuddling burns the spirit. It is hard to resist its flame, as behind it is the resentful cries of a universe of souls.
An example of an outbreak of Fuddling happened after the Fall of Val'ul on the Veritian Leaf of Neih. Near half of the survivors of that city were fuddled, and the others had to simply put them in asylums and care facilities. No cure is let found for the ailment.
