Fifth Division, the Dragon
The Tatzelwurm was the main A.I. of the fifth division of the Eternal Empire's Fourth Fleet. The Tatzelwurm went for intimidation and power for his mothership. The ship is a gargantuan dragon. But it is still a ship, so it does not have life like movements, and there is a city within its belly. One thing about the Tatzelwurm is that it is highly motivated by wealth and profit and is often concerned with the finances of the fleet. The A.I. saw the ship as its body, and thus when the Winter Contingency hit, the ship crashed into the Eastern Feywild on the Veritian Leaf.
The fifth division is a reserve division. It manages communications with the homeland and its colonies and carries the financial aspect of the fleet. Many of their ships carry military payments between the other divisions, managing taxation, looting, and other business areas of occupation. They are also the ones who deal with fraud, embezzlement, and theft. In the invasion of the Veritian Leaf, they are on standby, waiting for the advance force to take territory before coming in to help the occupation, as well as defending their air routes back to the Eternal Empire. Once the Winter Contingency hit, return home to the Empire was blocked off. The Tatzelwurm crashed into the Eastern Feywilds and much of the members of the Fifth fleet scattered into the continent. The only ones to remain were the great commander dragons of the Fifth Division, four anciant dragons keen on keeping the great wealth stored in the Tatzelwurm to themselves, assisted by their allied pirates, brigands and thieves.
From then on, the Tatzelwurm and the rumours of wealth therein has become a tale for aspiring heroes and adventurers to conquer.
