Ferel Nur

Ferel Nur is the uncle of Kalethorn Nur on his mother side. He is from the noble family of Nur of Dakath. He agreed to aid Kalethorn at the behest of his sister Neveah, even though he partially agrees that she would be better off without the bastard son. But after witnessing Kalethorn's potential at Oriaphia, he grew to see the benefit to Dakath if he succeeded to trial of inheritance. If he became Duke of Oriaphia, they could potentially end the civil war in Dakath and unite the Eastern Fey Wilds under the banner of the elves. 
He is oppositional to Tel'ul's attempts to sway Kalethorn to their side, seeing the war with the Dormant to be a southern problem easily dealt with once the civil war is concluded. This distraction is to risky for his plans. But he does desire to retrieve the Skull of Sistern from them, an artifact and trophy of the Dragon Blight.
