Dragonborn

This race could be found in every plane along the Path of Veritas, even the underwater realm of Tuth.
On the Veritian Leaf, they are from the Lesser Realms, coming over with the Church of Veritas. There are not a lot of them, with historically only one sizable settlement called Nezadeer. But after the war of the Ten Thousand Lakes in 1015-1019, this settlement was destroyed, the population sent into exile and hiding. There is also a large unfounded prejudice against Green Dragonborn since the Dragon Blight. Otherwise, there are small communities and enclaves throughout the civilized world.
