Captain Barnun

Captain Barnun was a goliath member of the Eternal Empire fourth fleet. He was once Captain of the second dreadnought of the Rat division. A zealous eternal, he was one of the Superintendent (corrupted by Vincent Netheridge) main supporters in whatever he told the Rat to do. His support is what mainly kept the Rat military forces in line with the Superintendent's goals, preventing dissent and desertion like other divisions have done after the Winter Contingency.
Captain Barnun died during the Battle at the Rat, having followed the dire orders of the Superintendent to break a Tuthian explosion if the battle was not going well. His dreadnought thus exploded, taking half the veritian fleet with it.
