Adalbert

Adalbert was the leader of Draught's Order of Vengeance adventuring guild during the Dormant Rise era and the subsequent decade of Cold War. A mercenary at heart, his personal philosophy is that as long as there is conflict there is money to be made. Vengeance (not the dread sin of Uz, but the idea) is their main selling point. While the Dharkness Hunters fight demons, and the Last Guard tackles crime, Adalbert's Order of Vengeance markets for that more primitive passion. Thus, Bedrich's warpath on the Dormant was profitable for his order.
He has a ongoing rivalry with Aleesia Dharkness, much of which is built on respect for each others prowess. He finds her morals get in the way of profit, but admires her skills.
His enemies call him Albert.
