Um'Kala, The Pits

Um'Kala in the old days of Hutt rule were where the slug overlords threw their slaves at one another in 'glorious' mortal combat and other deadly sport for their entertainment. These days, they're owned by the Imperial Remnant on Nar Shaddaa. Policed with a cold efficiency on the streets, the pits are some of the safest territories to do some of the most dangerous games on the smuggler's moon.
It is in the Pits that Nar Shaddaa's podracing track is located, along with many of the more organized gambling dens and fighter's arenas.
