The Masque

The port authority who don disguising masks to protect their identities from angry captains and bounty hunters. Lead by "The General", a masked Hutt who dressed in an undersized military uniform it wears as a cape. They control the Port City, the name of the Spaceport, and control the materials that go on and off the planet. The Masque call The Harmonious their second home, controlling what products smugglers are able to bring into the bazaar rather than heading to The Magnaka.
