Ghalgheer's workshop in The Stacks on Nar Shaddaa. Owning property is fairly easy on Nar Shaddaa, all you need to do is set up shop, tell everyone that plot of land is yours, and be able to defend it with your life.
Thankfully, Ghalgheer's time as a racer gained him enough respect when he opened his shop to keep the ruffians away while he was setting up. Then as more members of the team opperating The Double D joined him, it became much less likely that his business would be attacked.
