Prince Brask ir'Wynarn

The tenth child and sixth son of King Boranel ir'Wynarn, Brask is one of the Brelish royal family, and the current Chancellor of The Golden Fleet
After a misspent youth with far too much money and privelege, he was told under no uncertain terms to serve a stint in the Brelish military. Acting as nominal commander to Horatio Korveck while in practice, being his student, Brask learned a measure of self-control, and settled into a variety of civil service positions after the war.
Currently best-known for his extravagant social life, which includes his friend and confidant Caligo, Brask seems to swing between responsibility and indulgance, and has a mixed reputation among the people. He was a major driver behind the idea of the Golden Fleet, however, and was given a small budget and leeway to make it happen. Enjoying the new responsibilities of running the organization, consensus seems to be that he's making a good start.
