Biography

A mysterious and charming member of the Dark Lanterns, Breland's premier intelligence agency. Coming from the streets of Sharn as a child, he stole, lied and conned his way into noble society, impersonating a noble title to enter the upper crust. Appointed to the Fleet to handle intelligence and the arcane, he controls the situation with magic taught by a Syranian djinn, a patron desperate for entertainment that Caligo is happy to provide.
