Virginia Williams (a.k.a. The Speeding Cheetah)
Virginia Williams is known for being an excellent Cheetah. She is a fast driver and can drive extremely smoothly. However, she has gotten several speeding tickets, which has put her at risk of exposing The Cats and the Offenders' Neighborhood. Besides that she is challenging and/or difficult and tough and/or tiring, always pushing you to be your best.

General Physical Condition
Viriginia has long, stringy, plain brown hair with plain brown eyes that see every little detail. She has a tall and lanky build. Her hands have several prominent scars, which she covers up with racing gloves.
