The Offenders' Neighborhood

Welcome to the Offenders' Neighborhood! It is a place where you can walk on old people's perfect lawns, throw litter in the streets, and do unspeakable things to the neighbor’s bushes and no one would bat an eye. (Of course, no one would be surprised if a dead body was found in a ditch a few miles away covered with signs of torture and trauma.)

That is just how it works. (At least in this particular Neighborhood.)

There are several families in this neighborhood, each of them wonderful in their own way. Every family raising their children to walk in the criminal path. Of course, in such a law-breaking neighborhood the residents decided they needed at least one rule.

So they made one up.
