Victor Vallakovich
Victor Vallakovich was the son of Vargas Vallakovich and Lydia Petrovna, as well as set to inherit the town of Vallaki.
Victor presumably deceased in the Revolt of Vallaki, although his body was never found. Even before his death, strange rumours however floated around town following the disappearance of household staff and pets around the Burgomaster's Mansion. After his death, it is rumored that Victor Vallakovich is still seen at times, screaming into existence for a mere moment before once again disappearing with a purple flash.
