The Ladies Three

Old tales still tell of ladies of great beauty, roaming the lands as free as could be.
Davian Martikov relaying information he found upon request of the Danger Strangers.
The Ladies Three were a trio of Archfey, each ruling a domain of the island of Barovia. Due to their connection, these Archfey were the land, and the land was the Ladies Three. They were worshipped by the Wildfolk of Barovia, who built many small and large shrines in their honour, leaving offerings there. Though the Ladies Three almost never directly appeared, they spoke to their followers through dreams and omens.
The Ladies Three consisted of the Weaver, the Huntress, and the Seeker. Each of them rules a domain, a so-called fane of Barovia. The Weaver ruled the rivers and swamps between the hills and mountains, bringing life and fertility to the lands surrounding them. Her shrines were marked by the depiction of a Willow Tree. The Huntress ruled the mountains and bare hills, halting the clouds and providing water to the lands below. Her shrines were marked by a depiction of a wolf's head. The Seeker ruled the woods that covered the lands, housing beasts and plants alike. Her shrines were marked by the depiction of an Eye.
During his conquest of Barovia, Strahd von Zarovich somehow took over these powers of the Ladies Three, gaining control of the land itself.
The Wandering Apocalypse have cleansed the the Huntress' Fane by sacrificing the heart of the strongest among predators.
