Colonel Hongbo runs a very, very shady PMC called Sandline Solutions. It’s been caught up in criminal enterprises both on and off American shores. The Not So Good Son, and Charley O'Neill both worked for him, and made him a lot of good publicity and good money. But once you’re on his team, you’re on his team for good.
