Serenity woke up with a numb neck and shoulder. A sore ass, back and the wish that she could have gone back to sleep. Or, at the very least, have the aching go away.
The pain in her back and buttocks were soft coming from her metal bed. Each could be easily rubbed away and just as easily forgotten. The burning stiffness in her neck and shoulder wasn’t so easily explained though.
There was a bandage on her neck starting from her shoulder and ending just below her chin. She poked at it then pulled only to stop the instant when she felt a sharp severe ache that left her wishing she could have a spear dug into her to ease the pain.

[Thank god you’re awake! I was getting bored with having all this pain to myself.] Called her own voice from inside her head, only it wasn’t really hers.
This voice, though it sounded like hers had none of her softness, if anything it had both Jessica’s and Lerato’s sarcastic and cruel edge combined with its own bad attitude and moodiness which changed much like a pendulum between cruel joy and anger with very little in-between. The voice had its own personality, it even had a name.

Her body stretched, and she yawned rising to a sitting up position. She wasn’t alone.
Jessica lay on a bed just like hers on the other side of the wall. The room like the many of the room within the ship was a small but slightly bigger than most of the tinier rooms if it held room enough or two makeshift beds.
Lerato was there too. Unlike Jessica and herself, she wasn’t on a bed. She was sitting up against the wall between the two, but not in the centre. Her body lay nestled in the corner where Jessica’s crate and the wall melded together.
Even in her sleep Lerato looked completely exhausted. The only thing that looked ‘together’ about her was her hair. The rest looked completely dishevelled, sweaty. She was only wearing her blue long sleeved top with her black jeans which looked as though they’d never been cleaned or were owned by Jessica.

[Hahaha] Laughed the alternate voice in her head. [That’s very good. I knew you had it in you.]
Serenity didn’t answer. She was sharing a head with another person, the very idea was absurd. Though, what perhaps scared her more than anything was the silent knowledge that the voice in her head wasn’t alien at all but her own.

[They look cute together. Don’t they?] Serena said in a way that to Serenity’s surprise sounded honest and sincere.

Very much like Jessica Serenity underwent a trauma which impacted her mentally, where Jessica suffered an extreme sense of trauma, Serenity simply split into there Personalities, Serenity, Serena and Seren. Each one raising one part of her.
Education
She like Jessica and Lerato were together in the special engineering and science program with Lerato breaking away to the medical field and both Serenity and Jessica moving to engineering. Where they met their truly favourite teacher. Mr De Beer.
Employment
She once worked as a bus boy as a group of restaurants while Jessica works at the hair salon. An act which led to the money being given away to the causes of both Lerato and Jessica.

Motivation
Her core and central force of motivation as actually everyone else. In her own way despite already being great friends with the others, she barely understands it herself but she knows the girls are there and will protect her with her life and one of her key motivations is to truly be worthy of it.
She also wants to be a scientist and an engineer.
