Union Sapper
The Union sappers, also called combat engineers, are Union soldiers that perform a variety of military engineering duties, such as breaching fortifications, demolitions, bridge-building, laying or clearing minefields, preparing field defenses, and road and airfield construction and repair. However Union sappers also specialize in exploring pre-conflux ruins.
History
The origins of the Union sappers come from when the Union of Eleutheria was still just the settlement of Mislatonic. The original sappers were organized to repair pre-conflux infrastructure and to contribute to the overall sustainability of surrounding settlements working together with the local repairmen.
