The Bone Dancers

Of all the primal god worshiping tribes of the new frontier the Bone dancers are most likely the most feared. The Bone dancers are a cannibalistic tribe of violent psychopathic wendigos. In appearance most Bone Dancers are pale, sickly looking and thin to the point of being emaciated looking well having many fiscal deformities. But they are not to be underestimated despite their bodies frail appearance most of them can move with frightening speed and have great strength. There are stories of Bone dancers attacking and killing their enemies with nothing but their bare hands and teeth ripping them apart well howling like animals or eating them alive.

The Bone dancers are hostile to outsiders seeing others as playthings to be tortured for their amusement and used as food. How ever they don't see their own dead as very different as the dead of outsiders having never cultivated a respect for the dead, they will not hesitate to eat their own dead or use their bodies to make tools or leather.

Structure

The Bone dancers are a tribal or a pack lead society. Their leaders are chosen on the basis of their strength and savagery. The tribes' leaders are usually wendigo alphas and are bigger and stronger than all other wendigos in the tribe and the ones to lead their pack in hunts or raids.

Culture

The Bone Dancers are mostly animalistic in their nature and habit, many devolved to a point where they can only communicate in grunts, howls and screaming. Their long history of isolation has led to inbreeding and their history of infecting themselves with the wendigo contagion has degraded many of their minds into a more primal and animalistic state of thinking.
The Bone Dancers are a raider tribe that revels in causing pain, death and destruction. They celebrate their barbaric lifestyle based on strength and savagery. The Bone Dancers are incapable of making anything for themselves almost everything they have has been taken from others more capable than themselves, they are even incapable of doing basic acts like farming their own food. Without others to raid and take from the Bone Dancers will quickly start to go hungry. Not only do the Bone Dancers need to raid to gather supplies but it keeps them from killing each other. The wendigo contagion that they infect themselves with gives them a constant craving for flesh and if they go too long without someone else to feed on and satisfying their cannibal cravings, they will begin to eat each other.

Territories

The Bone Dancers have no set territory they are a nomadic tribe being unable to make anything for themselves they must raid others and with the wendigo contagion they must feed on the flash of others without someone to kill and eat they will quickly start to kill one another.

Cosmological Views

The Bone Dancers worship Ithaqua the primal god of hunger and the cold. There worship of Ithaqua is basic and straightforward they are to survive to consume and reproduce. They give in to their most depraved thoughts and immediate impulses to do what their immediate vicious impulses says to do at the time. Bone dancers eat until sick and attempt to mate with whatever they can get their hands on and torture and kill there pray, to the Bone Dancers cruelty is a virtue well mercy is a sign of weakness.

Tenets of Faith

The rituals of the Bone Dancers are the most disgusting, depraved, sadistic and vomit inducing acts that can be imagined. The disgusting things preformed are to horrifying to be spoken.
But the greatest honor to the Bone dancers is performing the ritual to become a wendigo. As becoming a Wendigo is seen as becoming one with the primal god of hunger Ithaqua.

Worship

The Bone Dancers worship their God Ithaqua the god of the cold white silence and the primal god of hunger. They worship and honor their God Ithaqua by infecting themselves with the Wendigo contagion or as the Bone Dancers call it Ithaqua's blessing. They then further worship Ithaqua throw blood sacrifice and offerings of blood and flesh of their tortured victims.

Granted Divine Powers

The worship of Ithaqua the god of hunger gives them the power of the wendigo. Many call this a curse that once someone has become a wendigo, they can never be full and loses their mind, but the Bone Dancers see it as the blessing of their god. As the wendigo blood makes them far stronger and faster than most humans and makes them immune to the cold and most diseases more than make up for any deformity they may have. The wendigo blood can also lengthen their lives as long as the one with the curse keep feeding their blood lust.
