Crow received a Stained Flyer from an Arms Merchant who recently Left Modesto and had stopped there for Two Days to make a Deal. He said he was approached by the Proprietor "Carol" when he was at the State Theatre. He said he was simply offered some free drinks if he would discreetly hand out these flyers to any Mercenaries he had met along in his travels outside of Modesto.
