blue hue *WIP*

• In the Real World this is called methemoglobinemia, and is, in the simplest terms, when the blood is brown instead of red so pale skin looks or is blue. This is what the Blue Fugates had.
• This is why the Elves are blue. The same blue fungus of the Homewood is also inside the Elves.
