Celestial Clocktower

The Celestial Clocktower is an incomprehensible labyrinth of a structure, reaching up for miles and miles on end, visible from anywhere in the cosmic plane. The musical ticking of it's clock-face is felt within all beings that garner enough of a connection with the cosmos, driving their thoughts and muddying their minds with the 'will of the cosmos'; to some, this is madness, to others, ascendance. The Clocktower's construction appears very similar in fashion to the creations of the aphelions, leading some to wonder which built what.
During the Cosmic Sundering when Erra's forces invaded Tellus, Talis made a fatal sacrifice to embolden the power of their planes, splitting their essence into two fundamental avatars, the Cascade and the Symphony. The Symphony is Talis' avatar for the cosmic plane, said to stand guard at the top of the Celestial Clocktower, conducting the will of all cosmic beings, striving for the great order that will one day come to all.
