Rod Vihor
Rod Vihor is the community that Nabijač was hatched into, and sits at the center of the Empire of Vlast's power structure. When Nabijač finally escaped from slavery in the north and made their way back to their Rod, they quickly took control and used it as the seed to build Vlast. Today, those hatched from Rod Vihor are in positions of power and influence in the Empire, as long as they never cross Nabijač or their Hleemeentreezee advisor.
