Sargent Talkin Is a well-rounded Sargent in the E.D.F from a young age Talkin yarned for justice. After his parents were killed by the exchange, he decided to devote his life to the cause and even graduated top of his class at the academy. Once he got to the E.D.F, He quickly fell into the mundane of work life busting petty crimes and writing traffic citations. Talkin has never given up on his dream of bringing ultimate justice to the exchange. However, he seems to be content with bringing smaller Justices of Elfim.
