Counselor Hella Siggra (a.k.a. The Mother of Flowers)

Hella Siggra Is the Elven counselor for the Imperium. She is probably one of if not the only counselor that truly holds to the values of protecting the whole of the Imperium and not merely her own people. That is not to say she does not work tirelessly to protect and advance Elfim's interests. Hella is also one of the oldest counselors having served for over five hundred years. This has given her a motherly persona amongst her people and even many humans who adore her two the point that she has a trilogy of hollo documentaries made about her.

Personal history

Hella Was born and raised the Siggra family one of the 12 noble families of Elfim. She had a normal noble upbringing and like the rest of Siggra was taught philanthropy and politics at a young age. she took trips all over the galaxy seeing how other species lived and about their cultures and lifestyles. When she was old enough, she began leading relief efforts to planets effected by the Swarm war and other planetary disasters. She is even credited with saving 34 Elvin and Felnack children from a pirate attack well they were on a field trip to an outer Coloney. Though Hella detests violence she is not above using it to protect people and thus is responsible for the destruction and deaths of an entire pirate company.  When she was around 200 years old, she decided that she could best serve the galaxy as the Elven counselor for the Imperium, and one her election in a land slide victory even gaining the support of many other species. In her five hundred years of serves to the Imperium she was integral to many bills and as well as the treaty that ended the hundred year war as well as personally advocated for the humans to join the counsel and worked tirelessly to grow relations with the Emari.
