The History of The Material Plane so far
This history has been lost to time, but many of their ruins are in unexplored areas of the world.
Current Species & Cultures
First of the Protectorate Three, Inria created Life out of dirt to form the first Humans. Out of this creation spawned several ethnicities of Humans, including Anor, Dulandir, and Rohand though several more variants of Human can be found throughout Inria intermingled with other forms of life. Mixing dirt with magic and nature, Inria created the Elves, who can be found on several islands in the Central Sea of Inria, the Western Elven Isles, and in the Highlands of the West. Mixing together iron and stone, the third form of life became the Dwarves, of which all manner of dwarven kind can be found dominating their homeland to the southwest of Inria and the eastern island of Veldhel. Finally, weaving together dirt, magicks, and other material left over, Inria created smaller tribes of Halflings, Gnomes, Firbolgs and outlander peoples of other races that dominate the northeastern region of Inria.
Taking the next continent far to the east of Inria, Atraetios created all manner of animal-kind from magicks and nature. Out of this Atraetios spawned the Tabaxis, Tortles, Kenu, Yuan-Ti, etc. that hide out in the expanses of Atraetia. Finally, Galios took their continent and decided that the races of the world were not enough, and created mythical beasts that inhabit Galil. The first of Galios’ creations were Dragons, who in their magical forms regard Galios as their main god. They inhabit the mountainous scapes of Galil where their hordes lay securely away from prying eyes. Next, Galios created the Minotaur and other Fey to inhabit the Feywild and Galil. Finally, Galios created Goliaths as a mockery of Inria’s Humans; towering and staunch peoples whose strength rival that of demigods.
