Urkœri is the Binian goddess of order and civilization. Everything that the Binian League has been condensed into a singular figure that contrasts Tamnè's love of chaos and helps unite the various deities of the pantheon into a single force.

In all of her depictions (except in Galeo; see sidebar), Urkœri is shown as a woman carrying a morningstar in one hand and a pair of scales in the other. The morningstar is supposed to indicate her firmness in her judgements, as she is the one who judges whether the Binian dead deserve to be reincarnated into a better place or into a worse one. The scales point to her role as the ultimate equalizer, bringing the high to low places and the low to high ones if they deserve it. It's no wonder that her followers the Rachlingèn ("righteous ones") are often consulted for their legal advice.

In the Richterland of Galeo, Urkœri is the main figure of the Galvan Church, the Lady of the Crossroads. For them, she is actually a figure that is above the other deities to an almost-monotheistic degree. The other Rictherlendy decry the practice as a small heretical cult.
