Kelem Aaperas

General of the Imperial Army

Entering the Council chambers, you espy a figure eating something you assume to be breakfast. He is wearing a set of very ornate steel armour that has a golden trim to it and has a helmet decorated with leaf and tree designs on the table by his side. His hair is gathered in a bun behind his head so as to keep it out of his face. As he chews, you can see a small scar by his mouth move with each chew.
Noticing you enter, the man gets up and goes around the table to shake your and your group's hands. "Salutations on this fine morning. I am Kelem Aaperas, and I have heard so much about you." He gestures to the other chairs up against the table. "Come! Sit! I am sure you have much to tell me."

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

As a soldier, Kelem is very physically imposing and quite agile, even in his large armour.

Identifying Characteristics

Near the corner of his mouth, a small scar from an early battle marrs his lip.

Specialized Equipment

He wears the ornate set of ceremonial armour and the magic sword Delikant that are the necessary accoutrement of his position. The helmet that he also wears is one that was made for him by a favoured blacksmith in his youth and he still carries with him.

Like any other General of the Imperial Army, he spent nearly half of his life in The Imperial Army.
