What can be said about Mayor Vlethe that he has not already said of himself?

Simquat is an attractive man of 6' with wavy black hair and wide engaging eyes. He smiles, a lot, and his voice is usually the loudest in any room. His laugh brings others to laughter and his influence cannot be discounted. He is a smart wealthy merchant and a not entirely terrible swordsman.
His appointment to manage Bloodstone Valley by Hayli Virdin a few years ago was surprising to most citizens of the Valley. But perhaps her hand was forced as the other candidate, a Bloodstone local and loved Ranger veteran of the war, was ambushed and killed when scouting the deeper forests north of Waukeshire. In any event, under the charismatic governance of Mayor Velthe, all prosper.
