Rawlinswood

East of Damara is the sprawling mixed type forest known as Rawlinswood. It is a place known to be haunted. The Silver Elves that live in Rawlinswood are, and always have been, few in number. But those who do choose to live here tend to live along the western edge near Tellerth, a city that is friendly to elvenkind. Many of them spend some time in these woods and also roam and live in parts of The Great Dale.
There are no lords or ladies of Rawlinswood. Only powerful mystic beings who stand as guardians of this world. Bards of Damara tell stories that they hold the evil of this place in check. The depths of the place are relatively unexplored but a very small number of adventurers who've gone in and come back talk of great fortress towers made of a stone that cannot be found within 5000 miles. Their shape is described as profane and alien.
