Sanction
Sanction is the root of all masked vigilante legends. She is known to protect the oppressed and less fortunate from those that desire to take advantage of them. There have been sightings throughout the many worlds and in all sorts of places, from the battlefield to city streets. She is never without her mask, nor has anyone ever seen her face. Her voice is unknown as well due to the voice changing technology within her mask and recounts of her appearance vary from person to person.
She has saved many, as well as killed many. Her methods are unpredictable and often seem to be less than thought through as she never hesitates to act upon what she believes to be right in morals and ethical practices. She believes all to be equal, none to be superior, and always helps those that are not treated as they should be. Sanction is most well known for freeing war prisoners, those in concentration camps, slaves, and other oppressed peoples.
In order to keep such oppressors from simply continuing with their transgressions, Sanction will attack them directly, often destroying supplies, shelter, and even people without hesitation. She will target those in command, such as tyrannical rulers or army generals, ending wars and giving countries the freedom they wish for.
In some instances, Sanction has been known to start wars to free those living passively under tyrannical rule. During these times she is better known by her second name, Anarchy.

Anarchist’s Dream
A unique ability, Sanction is able to shift into a shadowy form of herself. Dark energy encases and leaks from her, smothering her immediate surroundings and lending her the much-needed power and strength to drain buildings of electricity, slip unnoticed through shadows, send blasts of death-like energy through enemies, and more.
Rallying Cry
A sound heard on many battlefields throughout Lyraen and Alatheian history, her rallying cry is understood yet rarely identified correctly. It is a sound of hope for those that fight for equality and freedom, while those that (are against) her feel shivers run violently down their spines. Weaved of Sanction’s own astral force, it steals energy and strength from the enemy and redistributes it to those that believe, and births miracles and heroes alike. The cry itself is almost melodic in nature, fluctuating in pitch and tone. It is sweet, yet strong.
Mythic Immortality
Thought to have awakened on Myth, Sanction is fully immortal. It is uncertain whether another mythic could kill her, due to her astral form, energy, and being. Sanction is able to withstand blows that would kill the average Alathiean. When dealt an especially deadly blow, it will often seem as if she has been defeated, however, it does not take long for her to rise once more. With wounds healing and bones mending, she is unstoppable.

Porcelain Mask
Sculpted to her face, Sanction’s original mask is rather simple. It may look fragile and delicate, but it is much more durable than it seems.
An ornate golden design makes up the upper portion, while the jaw, chin, and lips are made of fine porcelain with a cracking paint technique.
A small crystal above the upper lip allows her to communicate without moving her mouth, expressing a sweet and gentle voice.

As not much is known about Sanction’s personal life, it is unknown whether she has any ties to another person, much less a close relationship. Some believe she must be close to the creator of her mask due to the fact that it is perfectly sculpted to fit her face.
Social Aptitude
Even with the voice crystal embedded in her mask, Sanction is not known to speak unless absolutely necessary. Her true voice has never been heard by another, just as her face has never been seen. Despite her seemingly rash decisions, she is always calm and collected in energy and personality, even when acting in an unpredictable manner.
