Mya is the last of her kind... or, at least, she will be. From the moment of her birth, Mya was gifted multiple titles: Dreamkeeper of Spring, the last of Spring, and the end of her line. The daughter of an arranged marriage among lineages of Evad Eladrin, Mya's line – the whole Evad Eladin line – is bound to end with her without the Evad's renewed blessing. When Mya was 10, she formally became a Dreamkeeper of Eden and fulfilled a leadership role under the guidance of her mother, Aura Augustia, and a selected group of advisors. And when she was 20, the full brunt of leadership and the tremendous task of warding the Evad against the Mind Blight was transferred to her. Despite the weight upon her shoulders, Mya has been, and remains, a curious, bubbly, and hopeful idealist – a beacon of light that persists against the encroaching despair of the Mind Blight.
Ever curious and hopeful, Mya has always been intrigued by the world around her, often sitting with her great-grandfather to hear the stories and records of the ancient Evad. With the arrival of the Void Maiden, Mya has a new path for her curiousity. There are people out there in the Mind Blight (or beyond it)! Which means they must have come from places! What is the world like beyond the Blight?
