Osthaven City Council
The governing of Osthaven is done through a Council made up of representatives of the Districts and the larger Guilds. These meetings take place in the City Hall building in the middle of the Central City. At this point in time, I know that Ruger is a member, as the Guildmaster of the Mercenary Guild, and that both the Kroonvelds and van Brinkerhoffs attend. Thomas Ronanfeldt is the current Chair.
