Healing
The healing spell is what Druids are best known for. Druids of old were often called upon to heal the gravely sick or injured.
Effect
If sick, the patient would feel a warm sensation in the area of the discomfort. The ill feeling would quickly fade away. If injured, the patent's wound would stitch itself together, mending until no sign of the injury could be detected.
Side/Secondary Effects
A Druid needs to pay close attention when casting the healing spell. If they apply too little energy, the spell would not do enough. Too much and the patient could experience other issues, such as excess bone or skin in the afflicted area.
Manifestation
Injuries simply appear to mend themselves. Open wounds pul themselves toether as the flesh reconnects and heals. Sometimes it is said that a soft glow appears at the sight of the injury, or from within the Druids hand.
Source
Through the The Life Stream, the Druid would identify the areas of their patient that are causing discomfort. Then, often using their own body as a template, the spell would repair the patients body with energy supplied by the Druid. A Druid can also link to a third person, using the third party's body as the template in place of the Druid. This is expecially handy when healing a member of the opposite gender.
