Avon's Grove
A small town that lies on the southern borders of the Ermine. The town has an extensive and sordid history of being nearly wiped out during the Great War.
It rebuilt during the interwar period, with it's people fleeing into the fir'Bolg territory when the War Against Soulblighter broke out.
With the reestablishment of the Cath Bruig Empire, Avon's Grove has prospered, with it's farms turning a profit and their trade with the fir'Bolg equally profitable.

A contingent of 50 Tyrian Guard are stationed there, rotating back to the city every several months.

The town's economy is primary based on farming and trade with the fir'Bolg.
Infrastructure
The "Silver Road" passes to the south of Avon's Grove. The "Ermine Road" branches off and passes through Avon's Grove before entering the Ermine into the fir'Bolg's territory.
The town itself is fairly small with several shops and trading posts present in the center of town with residences spreading out from the town center. Several warehouses can be found along the south end of town.
History
The town was wiped out by a Shade and his army during the Great War, with many of it's residents killed and turned into Thrall and those unsuitable for being used as Thrall being given to the Ghols to be eaten.
The town was rebuilt after the end of the Great War and prospered.
When the War Against Soulblighter broke out, the residents of Avon's Grove sought shelter among the fir'Bolg, who graciously hid them and protected them, even as the Myrkridian onslaught swept just beyond their borders.
When the war was over, they returned to find their town mostly unmolested and welcomed the rule of the Cath Bruig Empire established by former King Alric.

Rolling hills, grassland and farmland. Borded by dense forest to the north. Small creeks present throughout the area.
