Treasured ember of Helios

A small semi-transparent crystal ball constructed from triangular pieces. A bright white-yellow light shines through the crystal coming from the ember within. By squeezing the sphere tightly, its triangular pieces will jolt outward, revealing the small flame. After a brief moment the pieces will retract, reforming the sphere and covering the ember.
The small, yellow-white flame within the crystal container is an ember of Helios, the personification of the sun. Consuming the ember increases a creature's Dexterity, Constitution, and Charisma scores by 1. Additionally, over the next 24 hours, the creature regains one hit die worth of hitpoints every hour.
