Talos the Chronicler
Talos the Chronicler presides over knowledge, history, and documentation. One can often find his symbol in libraries as well as other places of learning. Despite not being the only deity that associates with the learned, he is the one that most often represents the sciences.
Worship
Talos is worshiped mainly by academics. His shrines are rarely found in temples of big cities, as they are more commonly placed in libraries or academics. Whenever a temple does dedicate an altar to him, be it a major or minor altar, it is usual that the temple also contains some kind of archive. Offers to Talos are made in knowledge, such as scrolls or books, which are then added to the local archive.Appearance
Talos is displayed as an older bearded man with a quill behind his ear. He carries with him a heavy tome and a bag of scrolls hanging around his hip. Around his arms, multiple layers of papyrus are wrapped, containing many strange symbols. These symbols are supposed to represent every character of every language that ever existedTalos the Chronicalor | |
