Nemeia Pekkan

Nemeia Pekkan is a demonologist that belongs to the Imperial Society of the Learned. She has been tasked with investigating the increased demon activity in Meydia. Believing to have found a significant lead, she headed out to Meydia. Nemeia has a strong interest in demons and the planes that they come from. This fascination stems from her own heritage as a tiefling.
She will arrive 3-5 days after the Weathered City event has played out. Nemeia will arrive at Hazegate alongside the Onix Knights, who she happened to run into while on the road.

Personality

Nemeia has a bit of a smug personality, enjoying poking fun at others. She is also pretty cowardly, always letting out a little "eep" when someone reacts annoyed at her jokes. Her studious nature can make her come across as a bit of an airhead sometimes, as her excitement and tunnel vision can cause her to quickly lose track of her surroundings.

Appearance

Nemeia has slight purple skin and full golden eyes. She has long, straight purple hair with the occasional braid in it. Her horns are slim and curl backward like that of a ram. She has a number of golden rings wrapped around her horns and piercing her ears. She wears a simple black tonic with a red undershirt and waistband. Her shoes are heavy boots that make her seem a bit taller than she actually is. She carries with her a messenger bag filled with multiple writing and measuring materials as well as various books and simple alchemic equipment.

Abilities

Nemeia is a scholar through and through, as such she is of little use in combat, being as strong as a civilian. She is, however, a decent of Mephistopheles, allowing her to use the mage hand cantrip and use burning hands once every long rest.
