Bound Shrine Charm
A small trinket that looks like a small wooden wheel with an abstract bird entangled between the spokes. The bird is wrapped in some kind of cloth as if bandaged. A sequence of strange characters is painted onto the cloth. These characters are various curse- and disease-dispelling prayers.
The trinket is able to protect its wearer from the effects of any miasma or disease brought upon through a curse. It does so by absorbing the miasma or curse. As it does this, the bandage wrapped around the bird grows darker. When it has become completely blackened it will wilt away, exposing the bird that appears to be made of paper. The bird will then ignite shortly, leaving the charm useless.
The charm cannot dispel any curse or miasma, it merely protects its wearer against the effects.
