Bolt of Zeus

A golden rod in the shape of a lightning bold. When thrown, it turns into a thunderous bolt of lightning. 
You may make a ranged weapon attack to throw the bold, dealing 2d10 Lightning damage. After striking the bolt returns to your hand. As a bonus action, the bolt may be charged up, increasing the damage of its next strike within 1 minute to 2d12. Additionally, on a hit, chain lightning bounces to up to 3 random creatures within 10 ft. of the target, dealing 1d8 lightning damage to each creature.
