The Snow Hares exhibited a decentralized command structure in which several independant cells operated within Blackmire and Genos while following the orders of a centeral command cell.

History
During the Castigation of House Hinode the Loyalist elements of the Genosian state attempted to escort the royal family out of the hands of Yoruko. The organization then swore to return the rightful heir to the throne and dispatch the traitors.
Disbandment
The Snow Hares began to slowly disband upon the return of Sorahime to the throne of Genos, however elements of the network held together until a few months after her official abdication.
