"Walk softly, the mists are strong here." Trundi said. The party of goblins stopped and looked around in fear. They have heard of the mist from the mountain and what hid within, but the greed for the rumored gold in the area took over and they had come anyway. Dark shapes moved just outside of their vision and forms large and small kept pace with the group. Harsh clicking noises and The Oolani or "Ghost" Dwarves rumored to be a lost clan that tread the Nordian Mountains. They tread through the mountains and in the mists. They are the preservers of the dead and carry an oral tradition naming all whom died from their lineage. The Oolani speak of the ancestors in the present, for to them, the dead are never truly gone. Often named after their ancestors these Dwarves often speak in the third person because they are life of those before them. From time spent underground their skin is a more pale complexion than that of their cousins.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

The Oolani stay close to their misty mountains. It is rare for one to dwell far from the mountains and if they do, it is usually do to wanderlust or an accord tied to a peoples or person.
