Cether

Cether is a Floran merchant located in Keid. His petals are a blue-purple colour, with eyes that are a deep, royal purple.
Cether runs a buy-n-sell shop, essentially a pawn shop. He will buy almost anything, and even will buy and fix up some items before resale. All sales are final.
