Dmitri Hassan

Dmitri Hassan, more commonly known as General Hassan, was possibly the most formidable military official on Jorden during her time, certainly in the Achogonian military. She was exceptionally strong and started training from a young age, making her all the more intimidating to those who worked for her.

Personal history

Hassan began to learn swordfighting in C.C. 1338, at the age of six years, or three eoks. After excelling in both training and education, Hassan was accepted into the Achogonian military in 1345, and began training as an officer cadet two years later. After five years of this, Hassan was appointed captain of her stand, and slowly rose through the ranks as she became more skilled, more formidable, and a more effective leader, becoming a general in 1350, and general of the army in 1359, when the previous army general, Chrae Onus, was forced to flee for attempted sabotage of The Decision, a powerful weapon being constructed by the military.
During her time as a captain, Dmitri had an affair with another woman. When they were found out, Dmitri was forced to execute her lover. She was attacked by an undead version of said lover later on, in 1361.
In 1363, Hassan led a march delivering The Decision to the shores of Drenora, while having secretly sent Riyeras Niltek to get rid of the king. This was done with the help of a group of adventurers who had teamed up with the crew of the Meteor's Path. Since the king had no heir, and Hassan had made certain the deed couldn't be traced back to her, she was placed in charge of the entire country, marking the beginning of Achogon as a stratocracy. One of her first acts as head of the nation was to legalize same-sex relations, after which she publicly made a formal apology to her dead lover.
Hassan died in 1373 during the Battle of Laythe. She was succeeded by Major General Bralder Gran, who served for an additional 16 eoks before retiring himself.
