Waeb Ptemenib

While it would seem odd that a Waeb would rank higher than a Gaffe or that they would be in the same chain of command (civilian vs military).
As a child, Ptemenib knew of the hardships of poverty and the dangers of the desert. He lived on the edge of the Great Sand Sea . He lost his parents to bandits as they made pilgrimage to Elephantine. He himself was considered dead as bandits took all the water and left him on his own in the scorching heat. In death, he was heading to Aaru, the Field of reeds, when a spirit Qasin, ended up feeling sorry for him and escorted him back into the world and to find help.
Ptemenib was a fast scholar with vague thoughts/knoledge from Qasin's during his travel through the desert. he became a powerful cleric of Ades and dedicated to strict enforcement of proper burials and rituals. He Set up laws to make sure everyone brought to Keruma and interred in Wati given proper burial rites. For a time, he even went with the Gaffe to heal the wounded and to make sure friend and foe recieve proper burial rites to let them rest.
He really hates mummia and those that manufacture it. It defiles the dead. He trained with the Katapesh in order to take on any drug smugglers.
