Vela Cetus once served as a Melancholy Battle Mage until The Alvearius Authority saw that her ice centric magic could be used in a more gruesome way. She now serves as a Serpent Keep Thrall, specialising as a covert interrogator in the dungeons under The Serpent Bay Grand Keep. Her beautiful yet cold appearance are contrasted by the blood red gemstones that adorn her attire, she takes great pleasure in creating the least messy torture methods and often sets herself goals like not getting blood on her silk dresses, despite her terrifying role within the Authority, Vela is kind towards her co-workers and gladly offers her help in times of need.
